These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Artemis & Ivy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. FINAL SALE POLICY
All products sold by Artemis & Ivy are final sale. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances except as expressly provided under Clause 2.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
2.1 If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, the Customer must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
2.2 Notification must include clear photographic and/or video evidence demonstrating the defect.
2.3 Upon verification, we reserve the sole and absolute discretion to:
- Replace the item; or
- Issue a refund.
2.4 Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may be automatically rejected.

3. EXCHANGES (SIZE ADJUSTMENTS ONLY)
3.1 Exchanges are strictly limited to size adjustments, where applicable.
3.2 To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition;
- All original packaging must be intact;
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & FEES
4.1 All shipping, delivery, and return costs are borne solely by the Customer.
4.2 Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of exchange or rejected delivery.
4.3 Artemis & Ivy shall not be held liable for:
- Courier delays;
- Lost or stolen packages after dispatch;
- Delivery issues arising from incorrect address details provided by the Customer.

5. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and delivery information;
- Selecting the correct size and product specifications prior to checkout.
No liability shall be assumed by Artemis & Ivy for errors made by the Customer at the time of purchase.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artemis & Ivy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products.

7. PRODUCT CARE & RISK TRANSFER
7.1 Risk in the product transfers to the Customer upon confirmed delivery.
7.2 We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by improper use or storage;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Loss or theft after delivery.

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or misuse of our policies.
