Processing & Delivery Time

- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Business Days

- Business days are defined as official working days and exclude weekends, public holidays, and official holidays.
- Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Delays

- Artemis & Ivy is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Delivery estimates should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Customer Responsibility

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
- Artemis & Ivy shall not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

- Customers must inspect their order upon receipt.
- Any shipping-related damage, missing items, or delivery issues must be reported to Artemis & Ivy within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Failed Delivery Attempts

- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package after delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
